Audiomidi - New website

I see Audiomidi has a new website. Existing customers need to re-register. I ran into a snag however. If I go to place an order it says my UK post code is invalid. Has anyone else has an issue? No urgency at the moment, I was just curious on the shipping cost of a SDX and if I could get it down load as I have all the DVD form my last order.

I submitted a support ticket, lets see what happens.

Intel i7 3770K @4.4GHz, 32GB RAM, 240GB SSD System disk, 2 x 2TB and 1 x 1TB (with SSD Cache) HDD. Windows 10,  Sonar Platinum. Roland Quad Capture.

I tried checkout via PayPal & got No editor available for the mapping type

By the way you get a $15.00 coupon for re-registering.

I thought for a minute they were selling a new website for $20.

Yeah, I tried to register a few days ago and it wasn't having any of it.

I see trouble ahead if they launch a no-brainer.

Thanks for the heads up. I just re-registered without a problem. You also need to sign up for the newsletter again, if you were getting it before. After you log in to your account, it's under Account Tools > Manage Subscriptions.

Somebody in the IT group of audiomidi needs to get fired.  This is absolutely brain dead.  You don't just throw your customer contact list away.  It's probably your most valuable corporate data.

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

Plus...IIUC...they're not giving returning customers anything they aren't also giving to new customers for re-registering.  You just fill in the code on your next order to get the $15 coupon.  Which new customers can do as well.  Like ol Rick Perry said, "OOooops!"

Don't get me started on Audiomidi's new site. I wrote a whole rant about it at KVR and my (failed) attempt to purchase from them today. I hate to use the word "disaster" to describe anything, but their transition to this new site definitely has disaster-like qualities.

I won't put my details on their site as it stands. It doesn't look safe. I'm guessing whoever built the site that this is their first attempt....ever. Their last job was wrecking ball operator.

I ordered my upgrade early this morning (8:00am PST) and... "Order Completed Successfully!". But, and there's always a but, nothing since then. They haven't sent the order details and since I haven't heard from Izotope, I assume they haven't forwarded my order. <sigh>

You all are more experianced web shoppers than me, but i just bought BFD ECO for $14.00 from Audiomidi. I emailed them about where to find the $15.00 coupon for (re?) registering and got a response in two minutes containing the coupon info. The coupon code is "am 15". I've never dealt w/audiomidi before, but that was sure a pleasant sunday shopping experience! $14.00!!! Man, this forum is sure a wealth of kind, knowedgeble help.

That's good news, better than how my order turned out. Got the discount but the purchase wouldn't go through. I'm still waiting on an open support ticket I left to be answered.
