To IKObi...

Your support contact mechanism is pretty sucky.  Having to enter every single detail of your system, etc...is a reall PITA.  If you really need that for answering basic generic questions shouldn't we users be able to store all of it in a user profile so we wouldn't have to enter it every time we have a question??  This is just a way of making it hard to ask a dang question.  Anyways...here's mine.

Although I'm happy to see you are doing the $11 buck Custom Shop thingy I think your site is not up to handling it.  I downloaded "to try" all three of the new Custom Shop amps "German Gain", HiAmp, and the 100watt 333.  All seemed to go fine except guess what...no, go on guess.  None of them show up in my Amp3 even after rebooting the DAW.  In either Sonar or Studio One V2.  I, of course, went to your site and logged into my user account and tried to leave a message re this.  Only, once again, I was confronted with the daunting task of entering myriad info just to be able to leave a simple message.  Screw that.  Other great software sites don't put their customers through that kind of rubbish to ask a simple question or alert the staff of a simple problem.  And neither should you.  I currently own most everything you produce.  This is no way to treat a repeat customer...or a new one for that matter.  Cut it out, will ya!!

Open Guitar rig and click on the custom button in the top right corner and this solved the problem for me.  I was in the custom shop and bought 3 amp and then couldn't get them unlocked in guitar rig until I did this.  Now they are unlocked!  Hope it works for you olpal

Do you have the Custom Shop open while you are trying out the new amp models? In order for you to try the new Gear Models out you must have the Custom Shop open. As for contacting us, we do our best to make ourselves available all over the web from Forums, Twitter and multiple,Facebook pages to help with simple questions. Unfortunately we can't answer every questions and we have to direct people to our full support. There is a revision of our site planned as well to help make it more user friendly. :)

Obi, OT but do you guys have a place for feature requests on your site?

I went to the IK site last night and now I'm furious!!!!!! I'm having a  cow...sideways!

Just kiddin' OBI ..............actually I had a very pleasant experience while there. I was looking into buying Amplitube Jimi Hendrix and Amplitube Metal. I launched A3 and went to my browser in collections and low and behold. I seem to have them both already!! I must be somehow mistaken. I never bought them but they were there and I played with presets from both of them. Is it a demo? If not ,I prefer to forget I ever mentioned this :)
I  have a question I hope you can address. As I was looking through the A3 .pdf last night and I could not find out how to get A3 into a true stereo mode. Even the stereo effects/amp chains all seem to sum to mono at the end.The chains all seem to go stereo amps and effects and then curiously tie back to mono??

I'll also head on over to your site and ask this same question.

I have found some disturbing problems in the sound packs from the IOS sample tank. I received my IRIG Midi yesterday and was auditioning the IOS ST sounds from the complete sound pack, particularly the Organs.
I noticed notes below C1 sounded very distorted and overdriven. I tried different amps, earphones, keyboards, and the one screen keyboard and they nasty sounds persisted. I finality discovered if i turned off the Rotary FX the distortion disappeared. BTW they were on non -overdriven patches.

I  believe JH and Metal come with the full version of A3 nowadays.

And for stereo, I think you just want to choose routing 2 (or 6), and set it to stereo in. You might also have to pan the 2 paths to hard left and right.

@ Obi, yes I saw that and opened a ticket, and did everything the tech support suggested AFA reset, multitasks, etc. I still hear the problem and will record a wave file and send to tech support. It seems to only be on the low notes and only with the rotary fx engaged.
