Boy Beagle.... you are on em' like a dog on a bone!  Get em boy!
    Get em!
Sidenote*  Why exactly is this such a problem?   Why don't they have a forum section for gear swaping/selling?  We are all here because we do the same things and use alot of the same gear...  So if you upgraded to new monitors and the ones you are removing from your system are better than the ones I have, why can't you post "XYZ monitors for sale - good shape but no longer needed"  so I might be able to buy them from you?   Someone I am more familiar with that would be less likely to sell junk or broken gear passed off as great condition like on CL...    I tend to question nearly everything and I just don't see the harm in it thats all.

ADK Built DAW, W7, Sonar Platinum, Studio One Pro,Yamaha HS8's & HS8S  Presonus Studio/Live 24.4.2, A few decent mic pre's,  lots of mics, 57's,58 betas, Sm7b, LD Condensors, Small condensors, Senn 421's,  DI's,  Sans Amp, A few guitar amps etc. Guitars : Gib. LP, Epi. Lp, Dillion Tele, Ibanez beater, Ibanez Ergodyne 4 String bass, Mapex Mars series 6 pc. studio kit, cymbals and other sh*t.

Personally I wouldn't mind if they did have a gear trading forum, but they probably don't want the liability.  trading and selling items can be a liability for cakewalk when things go sour.  there are scrupulous people who would advertise vintage items they don't really have and scam thousands of $ off of people and then the victims would blame cakewalk since it was traded on their forums.

yes, I know other places like gearslutz do trading, but they are not owned by a company like Roland who has liability to be concerned with.  if a deal goes sour on gearslutz you can't exactly sue gearslutz because they have no "company" to sue.  Roland is very "sueable."
