very long session loading and line6 podfarm 2.51 problems - i´m going crazy!
heyho there, i have a big problem with my Sonar x1 sessions. I bought a knew system (you see it in my signature) and reinstalled Sonar x1c expanded. Know i have loading times about 4-5 minutes each session. On my old computer i do not have any problems like this. i tried everything.... i use for my guitars and bass tracks Pod Farm 2.51 as a VST plugin. now (with my new system) i have a problem. i open a session and all my audio tracks that have a line 6 plugin are just "clean". So must open the plugin and load the sound setting again - it works ( i do this for each track - 12 times!) so i save the session and close Sonar. When i open the session again, it is back all "clean".
I have this problem just with the pod farm plug in. Steve Slate Trigger Platinum and all other plug ins working all fine. have anybody this problem too? please help, that´s realy desperately greetz from Germany and excuse me for my bad english.

I've had a similar probelm with Pod Farm. Their new authorization scheme screwed everything up. If I want my amps I have to plug and unplug the Line 6 USB DI. They are not planning to fix this as far as I can tell. I moved to GR5.

I have the newest pod farm but still ising iLok for the license, so I don't have that problem. Are you trying to use the new licensing without the hardware? They said that you get a lifetime of 10 reinstalls of podfarm and that's it. So I decided to keep using the iLok and not chance it. And if what you are experiencing is a result of the new licensing scheme, then I'll stick with iLok for as long as I can. I wish I could be more help to you. Good luck - I hope they resolve this. I used to have the problem of the programs getting wiped out if I opened a project accidentally without having my PODX3 plugged in. I always hated that. Why does Sonar / PodFarm wipe the program clean? They could at least save the settings and disable the plug - why wipe out the program? After contacting support they just encouraged me to save the programs to disc just in case. Then I got iLok and I keep it plugged in all the time.

I'm having the same issue. Has anyone found a way to solve it?

you need to remove 2.51 and from the registry! install the 2.0 version and an older version of monkey aswell. older version just works. the 2.51 version is very buggy!
