Issies with Kontakt 5 and Sonar X1

AMD 3.0ghz quad core with 16GB ram, Moto Ultralite MK3 audio interface.  Windows 7 64bit,  Sonar X1 and Kontakt 5.   Samples located on a 7200rpm

Anytime I make any changes to an instrument and try to remove the instrument it gives me the normal warning.
"save changes made to instrument?"  Yes, No, Cancel.

However with Kontakt 5, the warning box is behind the VST window keeping you from being able to click anything.
I just launched a VST using Kontakt 4 sure enough, the warning box is on top of the window allowing you to click on it.

Another issue I'm having.  lots and lots of pops with playback using Kontakt 5 even when I run Kontakt 4 samples.
Kontakt 4 however has no pops at all.  Both Kontakt 4 and Kontakt 5 have the same settings for everything.

I'd assume kontakt 5 would handle samples with more ease then Kontakt 4.

I also run East West Hollywood strings with only a few pops if I load the most intense full system samples.  Why kontakt is having issues with running 200mb samples makes no sense to me.

Any pointers?
