Quad Capture blowing my mind

Hi All,
After 8 years of using Sonar 3 Producer and an Aardvark LX6 PCI soundcard, I bit the bullet, bought a new computer (Dell XPS 8300), upgraded to X1 adn got my new Quad Capture from Zzounds yesterday afternoon. I plugged it into my USB3 port since I have outboard hard-drives on my USB2 circuit and thought that would slow my latency.

After being happy with 8 milliseconds of latency all these years with my LX6, I am awed by the capabilities of this new audio interface... 1.7 milliseconds and virtually no buffer necessary! Rock on Roland!  I can't say enough good about X1 either - I bought it mainly for Sesion Drummer 3 and V-Vocal, but I'm just dicovering all the other goodies now - Christmas came early this year! If you are on the fence about buying - don't think twice - this stuff is amazing!

Brilliant. I am actually considering an upgrade to X1 and the Quad Capture as well. I even made sure the Win 7, 64-bit drivers were in place (and they are) but more important, I really want solid driver support. Some companies have the hardware but don't have the driver-support I want.

Glad to hear you're liking this combo! I saw a promo somewhere with the Quad Capture and X1...trying to find it now. ;)
