Can't change default save folders

Ello, I have tried to change the default save folders in guitar Tracks 4. In options>global>folders I have changed the Project Files folder and in options>global>audio date I have changed the global audio folder and the picture cache folder. When I save something it still puts the files in the default C:cakewalk projects folder. Why is this??? How can I change them? It shows the file path to the folder I want to use in the dialogue box.     Have you made the changes as an administrator of the computer?
