IPAD, Peavy AmpKit Link for jamming around the house

My birthday is this Tuesday and my wife got me an IPad 2 and I ordered the Peavy Ampkit Link to plug my guitar into.  I am not going to replace my X1 or DAW but for jam around the house, in bed, outside, I really like the possibilities the IPad will give me.  I will also you the IPad live for my chord charts.  There is some good software out there for this task.

Anyway, is anyone using their IPad for jamming?  I am looking into a whole variety of 4 and 8 track software that will allow me to export wave files if I decide to import into X1.  I also will enjoy websurfing anywhere in the house.

Merry Christmas to all.

Definitely take a look at our apps like AmpliTube and VocaLive to record and process sound.
