    I'm not familiar with the original, but this is nice.  vox are really good.  love the strings.  how did you do the accompaniment?  is it all played on a keyboard and using EW?  what did you do for drums?

    good stuff, Tom!

    I agree, nice vox. I thought the song matched the vocal and mood. I can tell it is somewhat difficult vocally considering all of those dynamic changes within individual stanzas so props to him for tackling that vocal track nicely.

     Yes, I'm back ...with minions. Luv, D

    hi Beagle & Venus:

    Thanks for listening. This is an original song I wrote in the '80s.

    I did the arrangement with all midi; This was the demo mix that I made for the client recently;

    Yes, mostly East West samples; Midi drums (I'm not sure what I used)

    My midi arrangement was used for the final mix except a studio drummer, bass and a sax for the solo was added and I wish I had the master mix because adding those three instruments just made the whole thing work.

    Anyway: Reggie is available as a session singer if anyone is interested.

    +1 above. Reggie has incredible pipes. The songs over 4 minutes and the singing is super challenging. Great original song as well.
