Rode NT1-A help

I have a Rode Microphone NT1-A.. a couple months ago it stopped working...more specifically, it has very low output. My phantom power is on. I feel like the microphone has gone bad but I don't know if RODE will fix it. Are there any other outlets to get this working again?

Have you checked the Pre-Amp?? or the cable???

If it is not either of these things, then Rode and I know, are very generous in their customer support.

call a Rode repair center first. Is it under warrantee? Even if it's not, call the authorized repair centers and ask them about repairing it.

Defo check your cable and preamp first as suggested. I have that very mic and its good quality, the rode support is good and when I bought mine I got a 10 year warranty with it.

+1 on checking preamp and cable. Using the process of elimination is the best way to trouble shoot.

Rode warranty is 10 years on the NT1A, if I recall. Their backup is excellent, just take it to a certified dealer. I've had my K2 serviced twice (due to excessive moisture in the studio), both times at no charge.
