    This is quite a serious song.  I liked the way you brought the "news broadcasts" into the song because up to that point, I couldn't understand the vocals due to the heavy use of reverb.  Unless you're ashamed of your lyrics, put them out there where they can be heard.  The mix lacked presence because it was obscured by the reverb.  I would suggest that if you are interested in a remix, listen to a commercial CD that is similar in scope to attune your ears, and A-B the mixes as you go.  The song is worth making another try.  BTW, love your avatar.
