Wouldn't mind having a beer and watching this band crank a few out.

Punk rhythm guitars dominate this cover splendidly. Unfortunately: This does not sit well on my K701 cans due to the distinctly separated elements in the panorama ... each having different 'tunnels' of music isolated from one another. Fortunately: This would sound most excellent with car speakers, theater, and speakers per se. I wouldn't change a thing! You totally rock man! This is extremely excellent and artistic!!!! Who would have punkified this song

Hi, Ed, Wow, another very cool cover song from your guys! You, Dave and Steve did an excellent job on this punchy punk rocker, lots of cool elements and great playing by all three of you. The mix sounds perfect for the punk genre and is full of energy. Great job, guys, and Happy New Year! Bob

@Freddy J - " but where did those non-Fogerty lyrics come from" ~ a couple of fine Liverpudlian lads thunk em up. @Bruce Baldwin - When I sang ( if you can call it that) the original melody, it lost it's punk edge to me. Thanks for listening.

Heh, when this first started I was like, WTF? But by the time it was over I was chair dancing and singing along and wondering what was gonna happen next. Cool rendition, great performances all around. Great mix. Really liked the drum sound. Guitars and bass are killer, too. I liked the little bit of Lennon/McCartney you stuck in there Great job!

@Larry - Thanks for the kudo. @rscain - Chair dancing and singing? Cool. BTW, those are live real drums. Just a touch of EQ, some verb and Nomad Factory Magnetic II. The 3rd verse was a last minute brainstorm. Because of the speed of the song I chose to add a verse and I was originally doing verse one over. But I thought. It needs something else.
