Erasing projects/Cleaning house

So I'm trying to free up space. I used to get rid of projects by simply erasing the project name. But I see that all of the tracks and various pieces of the project are still lingering and taking up space.
What's the best way to remove and delete a project entirely?

Hopefully you would be using the setting that creates a new folder for each project. If that is the case, you would simply drag the folder form the Cakewalk projects master folder into the recycling bin.

erasing the name solves nothing. You need to delete the folders with the waves and other cake data for the project.
