Cool song. You managed to capture a very exotic vibe, and your production is good. Fortunately, you avoided repetition by keeping it short and sweet. This could be the basis for an interesting vocal song. Well done.

I like this, It has a Middle-Eastern sound without being clichéd. I have been on the road to Giza, and beyond quite a few times and I can imagine playing this on the car stereo driving around certain parts of Cairo!

I never heard the original version, but this was really good - a "mixed" style I can appreciate. Love the fretless bass in this context, works well as the lead element. And the surrounding instrumentation + FX helps to give it a great, almost eerie feel.

I liked the scene setting intro and the track certainly captures the vibe of the title. No issues to my ears, well recorded and mixed.
