    I have been told that V Studio-100 production is being discontinue. Can anyone out there confirm this?

    That's quite a setback, as I can see so many improvements that can be made to it. Where did you hear about this?

    bummer if true, such a nice universal and portable device and lot's of to improve on. 
    So that last driver update was the last one.... I have to say I don't underhand Roland policy since some time already,

    mistakes after mistakes...look what happened with fantom G :(

    I can see that site is saying it is discontinued, but nobody else is - yet
    It's still available (without any notice) from most other sites I have looked at. However, Sweetwater has dropped the price $100 and is also offereing free shipping.

    It's a nice product, but I suspect Roland is pushing the QUAD and OCTA Capture devices. A simple contoller (ie: Presonus FaderPort as just one example) can be purchased $100 - $150 so I suspect the VS-100 sales might be a little lower than they had hoped.

    Glad I have mine though. I'm in no hurry to change even if it is discontinued.
