Eventide Users here?

KVR showing that a native version of the H3000 Eventide being released in March.
http://www.kvraudio.com/product/h3000-factory-ultra-harmonizer-by-eventide

This follows them releasing several other plugs in native format recently.  I was waiting on something with their infamous harmonizing plug.

I have never owned Eventide Equipment. Always just a bit higher than what I could pay.

Anyone here have experience with their hardware?  I have always heard it was far and away the tops in effects.

Thanks

Yeah, even I couldn't quite justify getting one either (though I'm quite happy with my G-Force which has intelligent harmonizing), but an H3000 as a plug-in?  Hmm...  Might be pretty nice!

There is a link over at my the software forum to the absolute worst new product promo video I think I've ever seen for this new plug.  After watching it...you will probably lose all interest in buying or even demoing this plug.  Or will you?

Where you come from is gone...where you thought you were goin to weren't never there...and where you are ain't no good unless you can get away from it.

I use an Eventide Space pedal which contains a bunch of reverbs from their more famous hardware units. Its really is fantastic. It does nice subtle revebs and really out there sounds. I love it. The only downside was the rather fantastic price.

I have the TC-Helicon Voice Works, did not end up using it at all.

Sure the TC is easy enough to use and the results are 'prefect' (too perfect) it's just that I much prefer to 'sing' the harmonies, to capture a more 'human' feel. I'm thinking of selling the TC.

That said; I much rather chew my left foot off than buy another harmonizer. BTW, has anyone got any anti-itch lotion?
