midi drum set note duration question

Using the vibraslap sound in the midi drum set MC3 and I want to make it last longer. Is that possible?

the only way I can think of to do that would be to bounce it to audio then upgrade to X1 Studio and use audio snap to lengthen the clip.

What MIDI drum set? There are lots of them but I don't know which one came with MC3 or if you have an after market synth.

Depending on how fast it fades...... perhaps you can copy a short section of the clip where the level is not declining so rapidly and paste it with slight overlaps.

I have used this technique a few times..... sometimes it's easier on 2 tracks. Sometimes this will give satisfactory results and sometimes not.
