Nice relaxing song. I wonder though why the saxophone was placed in the mix where it seems to be. I would have thought it be more towards center.

I like mellow jazz..... nice job.

I have to agree on the panning of the sax. You have the sax 100% on the right..... I would have had it closer to about 20% R and the guitar 20% left....  to balance each other a bit better.

The Guitar seemed to be centered.... or close to it.

This is a very fine piece of work.  It creates a mood and tells a story at the same time.  As to the panning of the sax, I don't mind having it panned far to the right at all.  It seems that we sometimes forget that we're working in stereo, and want to pan every thing near the center.  I like to have sounds coming from all directions-it makes me feel that I'm in the center of the stage.  Some of the greatest records of all time have extreme panning, and we have gotten away from that in the digital age because we no longer have to worry about the needle jumping out of its groove.  Still, it's just a matter of taste.

    All the best,
    Lynn

Like it. Nice relaxing, and smooth. Had the same comment about the sax. Could only hear it in the right headphone. Seemed strange when it came in like that. I would add a little on both sides.

Nice mellow mood for sure - like it. Personally I don't mind the wide panning, though I might bring the sax in towards centre a little more and maybe brighten it a little. Ending is kind of abrupt.

Excellent work! The vibe is very nice and love the organ and the use of the vibrato on it.

I agree with the sax comments. It sounds like the lead guitar is about 25% left. Make the sax 25% right and it would be even better.

    Very well done!

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

    Beautiful.
After a few times, I got used to the sax being on the right and it seemed fine.
I think Lynn said it best.  It's just a matter of taste.
    Good job, well done here...

Very atmospheric. I didn't used to like jazz much, but I like it more now :-) It's less formulaic than other styles. Not that there's anything wrong w/formulas, heck "high 90s" percent of anything I've ever written is 3 chords? And many of the greatest songs every written are 3 chords. Jazz is a bit of a different take at music. And it seems that many people who undertake it are musicians who are at or near the top of their talent gene pool. I call it music for artists who are trying to impress other artists? Well, I used to, but in a less majoritive way? Actually though, it kinda is? I am an artist, and I was impressed :-)

All you need is love, just ask the Beatles?
