Pentagon Download Question

Hi, I just bought pentagon recently on sale, but I only got the DXi download. Anybody else with similar issue? I have contacted support by email and hopefully they'll let me know what's what soon. thanks for any info It is an awesome soft synth, quite underrated these days IMO
