How to tell if I am running the x86 or x64 version of Sonar?
I have both versions installed (due to various uncooperative 32 bit plugins that I need) and so I use both from time to time. The problem is, sometimes I load up the wrong one, and I can't tell which is which until I open up a plugin and see that it's been Bitbridged. (What is stranger is that I'm pretty sure I'm picking the right one from my app launcher, but that it loads up the wrong one...) Is there a dialog box I can open up in Sonar to see which version is currently running? Or some other way that is quicker than having to insert a 32 bit effect and seeing if it gets bridged?
Sonar Platinum (Newburyport) / Win 8.1 64bit / Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 / Absynth / Kontakt / Play / Superior Drummer 2 / ESP LTD guitar / etc Twilight's Embrace - gothic/death metal | Other works - instrumental/soundtracks

The 64-bit version says x64 in the Help About so if you don't see that, then you are running the 32-bit version.

daveny5 - I'm afraid that is not the case. Nowhere in that dialog does it say x64. Maybe you are running a different version to me? (I should have specified 8.5.3.)

My solution was easy, On my desktop I renamed one Sonar icon 32 and the other one 64.

You're right. I was looking at X1. I don't have 8.5.3 installed anymore. Sorry.
