Where are the low pass filters in Sonar?

Where are the low pass filters in Sonar?

I tried to use guitar rig, but I don't like to use that filter. Are there others?

    There are several.

    There are HPF & LPF filters on the EQ in the Pro Channel.
    Another pair in the Sonitus EQ
    Likewise for the LP64 EQ
    Then there's the EQ section in the VC64

    Make sure you adjust the right one! I'm just guessing, but you say you're looking for a Low Pass Filter - you do know this is the same as a High Cut Filter yes?

    Most productions benefit with a bit of HPF on virtually every track

    Many people apply LPF as well, but this can really dull your top end if you're not careful with it

    Yeh, he probably does mean LPF, given that he mentions using Guitar Rig. He's trying to get rid of the fizz. Sonitus EQ works fine for that.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    Most all Eq's in Sonar have a low pass filter setting. so select the one for you.
