Is this a good barebones system for a DAW?

As my current DAW is on its last legs, I'm making preparations for my next DAW PC...I saw this on the Tiger Direct website:

http://www.tigerdirect.co...57703&Sku=B69-0510http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1857703&Sku=B69-0510
Would this be a decent choice for a DAW? Does this look like a good deal? I figure I could also get an SSD as an OS/Programs drive and use the 2TB drive for data. Are AMD Phenom IIs good, or should I do an i7 Intel system? Any thoughts or advice welcome!

Look where the AMD processor falls on in the benchmark, then find the i7 2600 which is pretty common. AMD used to be good, but not so much lately. I have the i7 2600 in a new box, and it runs like a raped ape. http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html

FWIW, I'd typically avoid "bare bones" systems.
You can choose better individual components...
As was mentioned, you'd be far better off with a SandyBridge i7 based machine.
