All USB ports stopped working - SOLVED

Hey Y'all,

I have a Sonica Audio Labs custom built Q6600 2.4 GHZ, motherboard Intel DP965LT, chipset Intel P965.

It has eight USB ports ( two on the front panel and six in the rear). All of a sudden they all stopped working. Not being all that knowledgeable about the inerds of a computer, what could be the possible problem. How expensive to repair?

Thanks everyone!

The Device Manager indicated all USB ports were working, but it showed on USB "unknown device" as having trouble. After unplugging all USB connections from the Computer, I still got a pop-up message stating there was a problem with the USB hub. It kept popping up repeatedly every couple of seconds. I opened the computer to make sure there were no loose connections, reconnected the computer and booted it up. The USB problem pop-ups did not re-occur. I reconnected all USB connections and so far all is well.
