Rig Kontrol 3

I just bought the Rig Kontrol 3 pedal and I'm trying to get it to work with Guitar Rig 4 in Sonar X1.  I installed the drivers with no problem but I can't get GR4 to respond to moving the treadle, which is mainly what I'm interested in.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
