Un-installing Guitar tracks

Trying to un install guitar tracks at the suggestion of cakewalk support to fix a crash issue. I may have gotten files etc. in the wrong places, because using windows vista and trying to uninstall, I get a message that says the file doesnt exist.  Anybody know what to do?? Thanks.
