Can't Use Z3TA+ 1.5 On New PC With Sonar Home Studio 7

I recently installed my Sonar Home Studio 7 (patched to 7.01) on my new Windows 7 x64 machine, after my old XP machine died. I also installed my z3ta+ 1.5, and when I tried to insert it into my synth rack, I got "Failed to insert soft synth. The synth may not be properly installed." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling z3ta+ as both x86 and x64, and tried re-scanning my VST folders, and I'm even running Sonar as Administrator, but nothing seems to work. I tried sending an email to Cakewalk but so far have gotten no response. Has anyone here experienced this error? Thanks...!
