We'll post what we like thanks very much. You can carry 'refraining' if you want.

By the way, for someone so keen on the English language, you seem to have a lot of trouble writing it.

    Mmmmkay?

Interesting comment given that your idea of a contribution to the song forum is some crappy video of someone chucking a cat around.

    Mooch,

I'm hoping this is your idea of a joke, or perhaps you are having a bad day.

Either way, this seems way out of line to me.

Randy most of the songs here are awful. You're a good musician. You know I am telling the truth. I can't even support the song forum any more. Let's get some good musician posting good songs that we can analyze. Not this 2 bit baby stuff!!

    Mooch,

I can remember a time when I wasn't very good, and I can also remember the times I taught beginner guitar players. They, and I became better by being encouraged by positive critique of what they were doing. Being told you suck rarely has the effect of improving someone reaching their potential. As a music teacher by education and career, you of all people should remember this. This forum isn't for only professional musicians and songwriters. You should be using your talent to bring those you think aren't posting good songs, or poorly performed songs, to do better, not stopping.

I think Mooch has been eating 'Space Dust', you know that candy that 'pops' and 'crackles' when you put it in your mouth.

It makes him bad tempered and this kind of outburst is the result.

I've told him to stick with the orange variety if he must eat it, the red and the green stuff does this to him everytime.

Personally I think he should stick with chocolate bars.

Freedom to express one's self is vital to world peace.  Sharing ideas increases the potential of greatness for all who choose to do so.

    We all started from nothing.

I have been helped along the way countless times by many that were much more talented and not as talented than me and to all of them I say "Much thanks".

Personally I'd prefer to see the removal of the saddle from his bicycle and just leave the pointy tube bit sticking up where he's supposed to sit.

    But that's just me.
