There's lots of ways to acheive that sound and it all depends on what you do with what you have.

I haven't sent sonar files before. 
Hopefully I don't screw it up. I'm trying to make this easy for you.
I exported all (3) tracks as wavs and unchecked everything that said FX

I played them back and they seem dry.
The wavs are big so I zipped them and put them into Dropbox and shared the folder with your address.
This is a different song that I have just recorded, with better quality as described in some of the posts above.
