(Resolved-I guess) Mousewheel no longer works after X1D upgrade

I used to be able to click to select a control in the EQ and set it using my mousewheel. This no longer works.

    I see this in the PC, but I believe that the mouse wheel is used to scroll the entire PC so I'm not sure if it ever worked there.  The mouse wheel seems to be working for me on controls in the track view.

    Ah, yes. I see you are right. An odd inconsistency.
     
    The track view inspector doesn't scroll in 8.5 either, but because it needs less screen height space I hadn't noticed.
