Can I open .ddp files in SONAR, what are they?

Please help with SONAR and .ddp files, do they work in SONAR or what do I need to  open them?

    Just curious - I've never heard of .ddp files...

    What are they?

    supposedly their digital master adiuo files...nevere heard of them...

    Wavelab 7.1 will open them. I don't know about other versions.

    From what I can gather, .ddp files are Mac-based, or at least the programs to open them are.  Try this link:  http://www.sonicstudio.com/products/sddp/sddp.html  It appears to be Mac-related, too, but this may be a case where Google is your friend.  Try googling "ddp image" and see what you get.   Man, this forum is fast!  I did read that Wavelab 7 would open them, but that's a pretty expensive option.
