magnetic snap issues after x1D *** SOLVED

im thinking maybe something just got reset after i applied the new patch.
set my magnetic strenth to high but clips are not snaping in whole note..there more like in quarters..i mean there is snap there..its just not strong..
im not crying patch..i just think something got reset and im having a hard time figuring out what it is.
and i need your input..thank you.

Try turning it off instead.   That should lock them completely to the snap value.

No problem!    And certainly not a rediculous question.  
 
I think "Magnetic strength" makes sense once you understand the concept, though intuitively it would seem that High would be the value you'd need.   I guess they'd have to rename "Off" to something more than "High" to make it any better.

totaly agree there steve C. , thanks again for the heads up man..
the only other thing i can see right now that is different is the browser..seems before i could use the up and down arrows to cycle through loops..after this update its not working anymore.
