CPU Meter only showing two of four cores

Howdy all,
Does anyone know why the cpu meter is only showing two of the four cores in my processor (intel pent. 4 Q9550 2.83Ghz)? Does this indicate that Sonar is not utilizing all the cores? Does this affect performance?  Just wondering. Thanks!

Make sure you have "Use Multiprocessing Engine" selected in Preferences-Audio-Playback and Recording.

Have you set the "Thread Scheduling Model" to 2 in the Preferences/Configuration File? It defaults to 1 for a dual core CPU.
