Getting the following error message when installing version d

Cannot locate the required version of the program on this system. Please install the correct version of the program to use this patch.

I followed the instructions, downloaded and installed the latest c version (build 326).

Am I the only one with this bug?

    It's not a bug.

    YOu need to go back to the download page and read all the directions and follow them precisely. YOu need to make sure you have rolled back to the correct version to apply the patch if that is part of your specific update procedure. You may also have to delete the contents of the Softube folder. It all depends on which version and patches you've already applied as to what you have to do. It took me a few reads to finally get it. When it clicked it all worked easy peasy.

    YOu don't say whether you're running X1C or X1C Expanded so I can't offer the exact instructions.

    I know, I just found out when re-reading the instructions.I had the "quick fix" version. Thanks for the help!
