Email

I'm guessing that Cake probably sent out an email to registered users about the X1d update.   However, I did not receive one.   I never receive email from Cake for some reason,  I've even contacted them via phone to resolve the issue, but still no email.  It's frustrating to be a long-term registered user out of the loop.

All kidding aside...  When you get emails from Cake what is the email address that they use?  I want to add it to my "safe senders" list to see if that fixes it.

    Thanks.

you might finding they are sending it to your old address perhaps, or there is a typo with it ?

or even... your playing the right notes.. not necessarily in the right order

or sometimes even with providers there are issues with such things you read about it time to time.

A few people have had this problem and done all the filtering etc... I wonder if any of them eventually got it working. There's been many over the years.

    Yeah, I know.  It's weird.

Tried something new today - I subscribed using my (day job) email address.  We'll see if that works...

I used to get the emails then they just stopped.
I used the link a few posts above to no avail.
I also just created a new email address under my studio name and signed up again using that.
    Lets see if that works.

Not too big of a deal I suppose, considering that I read these forums every morning (well mostly) while drinking my morning coffee anyway and tend to catch most of the relevant news anyway.
