Fruityloops.dll Error on VST auto search, soft crases PLugin loader, 50/50 crashes Sonar

Hey guys,
 
    Maybe someone else has FL studio on thier rig can help me with this.  I am sure its somethign obvious, but out of my eyesight at the moment.  I have no issue with my other VST's loading.  Sonar even shows Reason 6 as a rewire client.  However, on startup, or if I do a plugin search in utilities, I get a double error message from FL.dll, then the plugin loader hangs.  I can still use Sonar half the time after this.  I have  tried old projects and created a new blank template from a fresh boot of the DAW.  The issue persists.
 
    If it appeared earlier in the forum I apologize in advance.  My search on the topic did not reveal anythign related.

Edit:  Just duplicated the error so I could post more info to get this solved.
 
          Application Error;  Exception EAccess Violation in module FLEngine.dll at 00000000 Access violation at address 00000000 Read of address 00000000
 
           The same error is duplicated on attempting to read the FLStudio (multi) .dll vst file
 
Again,  Thanks for your input or suggestions to resolve this.
 
And yes, I already searched teh FLStudio forums, checked latest drivers, software updates, everything was fine until I upgraded to X1d

I am glad yours is working fine.  I was hoping someone on the forum had a similar issue and found a way to fix it! :)
