Download of x1 d update does not seem to work

I am having trouble downloading the x1d update.  When I go to the download link, it tries to download the file but just sits there and after about 10 minutes an error message comes up that ie can't find the download site.  Any help appreciated.

    Jan, this may seem a silly question, but according to your signature, you've got Sonar PE 8.3, don't you need X1 to update to?? Apologies if I'm reading this wrong.

    Win10 64-bit. Intel i7QuadCore 4.20GHz. 32Gb Ram. Sonar Platinum.

    Use a different browser maybe-

    I had the same problem with windows, changed to firefox and was sorted...

    FCP - did you manage to sort this problem out?
