Can't view track strips CV

I can't view track strips in the console view using X1d. I can bring up the selection, it's not greyed out but it won't select.

    After closing the Sonar and re-launching it, I'm able to view track strips in the CV. That was a bit odd. Maybe it has something to do with solar flares and magnetic fields....
