Some soft synths won't load

Greeting- I am just starting to use the soft synths in producer, and they are awesome- but the Studio Instruments give the message, for example- "the following VST plug-in failed to load: c:\program files\cakewalk\vstplugins\SI-Bass Guitar\SI-Bass Guitar.dll" i followed that path and the files are in that location.
Also, the RXP and SFZ players did not seem to be able to access any presets.
Any ideas? Thanks

    I guess that this is a question that should go to Cakewalk customer service. Thanks for looking.

    try running as administrator. that may help.
