X1d Cannot locate required version of software on this system?

Hi All

I have X1 Producer, I rolled back to Patch C, still can't install new patch X1d.

Get 'Cannot locate required version of software on this system...'

What have I missed?

    LOL@Strikey....

    You have to roll back to build 425.....all in the instructions....C doesn't count...as build 434 is also C....

    Cheers strikinglyhandsome1, so 'rolling back' involves moving a round an exe, not just running the old patch installer.
