knowledge thread reading is power in the land of daw

just something to read if your siting at work on your daw.or sitting at work wishing you where at your daw.
 i thought it would be nice to see what folks read for guidence every day .
 since not everything had made u tube yet,
 anyone have somthing good to read about mixing mastering recording,w sonar and behond
 and i spent my book money on plugs again, so i dont have the books from sonar on these subjects,
 

Thanks for the read.Hopefully some people who should really read this will take the time to do so. Main point to take to heart " Mixing is not mastering" How many 100's of people post here with issues in their "final" mix that are there because they did not treat mastering as a separate stage in production. Special equipment $$$$ is what it really takes so don't expect world class sound from a basic DAW set up. I believe it's best done with the right software too.
