Recording RCA (DJ)

I have been using my Cakewalk UA-1G [Windows 7 64-bit AM 8gb ram with the software which was included]
For about a year now and I must say I love it :) But I have one problem with it?

I mainly use it for my DJ mixes so I use only the RCA Imports...
Mixer - UA-1G - Pc - record

When recording I normal have my bass high and even on the UA-1G it says am peaking (I know what it all means)
But when listening back to my recording I cant hear any bass? But yet I had it so high it was peaking (Not all the time)
Am just wording is there away to fix this? So I can hear the bass on my playback?

Maybe am wrong? Maybe there is bass maybe I just cant hear it ?
Here is a mix I made only two days ago

Here is my cakewalk set-up

I record at 96KHz in cakewalk and on my UA-1G

I hope someone can help :( Without that hard hitting bass my tracks sound lame?

I'm not following 100%.  is your bass track separate from other tracks, or are you saying you are recording the main outs of the mixer into the UA-1G?

if recording the main out of the mixer, where are you seeing that the bass is peaking?  on the mixer input channel for the bass?

that link said 75 mb download... ouch....

I was gonna listen but not to that. Try posting it on a streaming site as an MP3 ... use sound click or sound cloud. both are free.

copy the link into your post....people can listen.
