Producer Expanded serial number

7 hours ago I bought Producer Expanded. As yet I haven't received a serial number for it.

Is it usual for the store to take so long to send out a serial number? I would have thought it would be within 30 mins or so..

I'm new to cakewalk so perhaps this is usual?

    That's correct. It's always been almost instantaneous in my case. I would certainly check the "spam" folder, just in case, and check your cakewalk account again to see if your new purchase is listed. Also, delays of 24 hours or more has happened to some members. You may also want to contact "customer support" directly if you are still without a registration/serial number in the next 12 hours.

    Log In to your account and view your Purchases. It should be listed in there. Let us know
