Uh?

"Steampunk"...working all the time makes it hard to keep-up with everything.

I don't know what it's about but I like it. Something real attracking to me.

Here is some and I've seen many more guitars with the steampunk theme.

More.

I like those a lot..Rush's stage sets for the 'Time Machine' tour had a similar feel, wonder if Tony Cochrane was involved?

    I like the style.

I wonder if my full-face Kaleidoscope qualifies as a proto example?

I don't know James. "Steampunk" is a new term to me.

The first guitar I saw a week or so back but didn't know what it was called.
It reminded me of John Pages guitar that I posted here- it was considered or referred
    to as an "art" guitar.

Mike that is very cool. Is it steam powered? Maybe "windpunk" lol.

Anyway, it sure got my imagination going...so far I'm thinking that a little would
be more my liking. Really would rather have it still comfortable to play.

If it's real cold outside, you can see the steam when I breath. ;-)

I love steampunk. I'd always been attracted to that style even before I found out it was called steampunk.

Mark I couldn't help but think it would be a perfect guitar for you.
Your playing is hot enough that the dials and relief valves could be functional !
How cool would that be? - steam release whistle, warning bell(s) and working
    heat/pressure gauges!

I love steampunk too. I knew I loved it back before it was even named, as my favorite movie of all time was, and still it, Dune (1984). I also really enjoyed Wild Wild West, yet the rest of the world panned it as badly as they panned Dune. Who cares if they were good movies? They were cool!
