Sonar X1 Music Pro Guide DVD tutorial by Hal Leonard

Any user have this tutorial DVD? I already have the one from Groove3 and also the first one by Craig Anderton. How good is the Hal Leonard one? Is it worth picking up if I already own 2 Sonar X1 tutorial DVDs or will this be redundant?
