X1D Producer Expanded & Pro Channel Strip ........ can these things be done ?

Probably a very basic question, but here goes.
 
I have X1d Producer Expanded and am thinking of buying the PC2A Module.
 
If I do, can I do the following things:-
 
Q => totally disable and remove the Pro Channel Strip from every Track inlcuding any new Tracks I add ?
 
and/or
 
Q => customize the Pro Channel strip so that the  *only*  module it engages, shows and uses is the PC2A Module ?
 
and/or
 
Q => customize the Pro Channel strip by putting an EFX Bin into the Pro Channel Strip so that, for example, it will *only* engage, show and use   [ say ]  the PC2A Module  and my EQ VST of choice  ?

The PC resides in the inspector. It is there permanently but can be hidden & disabled permanently. If you never bring it's interface to the front and never turn it on it will not show itself. In the CV view it can removed by disabling that module.

The only module that cannot be removed is the EQ. Doesn't need to be on just the GUI is always there although it can be shown in 'compact' mode

You cannot use an "EQ of choice" in the PC unless it is a PC module. Currently there is only the standard EQ and one included in the softube bundle. The standard EQ is IMHO excellent though and all I've used for a long time now. You can of course use a VST EQ of your choice in the FX bin which can be pre or post the PC.

Judging by the nature of the questions I think Tom is thinking that the PC is just another FX bin. Its not. Its a full channel strip and is built into every audio and buss in X1 Producer. (If the concept is not to ones liking than X1 Studio would be the version to get.) Unlike a channel strip on most hardware mixer's channel strips it can be modified with new modules or laid out in different configurations. Thinking of it as an at hand always there for use addition to X1 would be more in keeping with the idea behind it.

With presets and default templates PC is very quick and easy to engage and it produces very high quality sound with low CPU demands. A remarkable combination.

It does not have to be used ever and will not get in the way. It will only be displayed when called upon. Otherwise it is simply there behind the scenes awaiting its chance to shine. 

I think the concept of PC as CW has implemented it is a winner that will get better as time goes on.
