Are you using more than 1 monitor and is this capture from the primary or secondary screen? Using a mod?

A generic VST interface in PC. Bizarre... Unless the resources for the "S" Type Track Compressor are missing? Still bizarre...

from http://forum.cakewalk.com/fb.ashx?m=2534256 Noel Borthwick [Cakewalk ] The folders with GUID's in the name are created during scan time of prochannel modules. One of the extensions for prochannel vst's is the ability to cache "stand-in" art for the plugin. This allows SONAR to display a graphic for the module in the channel strip without actually loading the plugin, thereby saving memory. This scheme allows us to set up a set of PC modules as a default for all tracks or buses, without incurring a memory or CPU hit. i.e. even if you have a hundreds of tracks with default modules ready for use, there is a very low cost. The is actually loaded only when you tweak a control or enable it by clicking the enable button. The cached images are only updated when you do a full rescan or the scanner detects a change in the VST dll itself. In your case you changed a bitmap resource and not the vst dll so SoNAR had no way of knowing that something changed.
