    some cool riffs in this, your stuff always reminds me of Nevermore at times. the drums need some beefing up (parallel compression), and of course, we need some vocals!

    This has some nice playing, but it really goes nowhere. As mgh says, it could use vocals or something else. Like a surprise bridge or chorus. As it is, it's more like an exercise than a song.
