Sonar & Wavestation outputs 3 & 4

According to the Wavestation VST manual, when the VST is used standalone, outputs 3 & 4 are not available; outputs 3 & 4 are only available when the Wavestation is used within a VST host. When this VST is used within Sonar, how are Wavestation outputs 3 & 4 connected/routed?

    Just a guess. Insert synth and choosing the multi-output option?
