So... A man walks into a bar and slaps the drinks out of peoples' hands...

For what its worth... (yeah I know, one of those threads again. and it's inconsequential BS. however...)

A man walks into a bar and slaps the drinks out of peoples' hands while celebrating and toasting an accomplishment.

that's basically what I did the other day. I kinda feel bad about it. I'm not the type to deny I was wrong.
So, here I am saying "I was wrong". I was rude to some of you and generally cranky and nasty. no excuse for it. I would like to extend an sincere apology to those of you whom I was snippy to. take the apology or leave it, it's up to you.

This apology is not just for the people willing to accept it, it's for me. For those of you whom this message doesn't apply. post your standard comments. For those of you who feel that the above does apply, feel free to publicly flog me here. (no, I'm not a masochist)

OH BTW.........."forum freedom fighter" <------that had me rolling!!! and will be my new sig. Thanks.

I harbor no ill will towards any man.

I did notice you'd gone and got band.

    It happens...

Yet there was a guy came down here just the other day with the specific intent of doing what you described yet I doubt he'll even make the naughty step.

It's the bigger guy that can say sorry and as you correctly state it benefits the person making the apology most of all.

btw I still prefer the old sig...

I don't feel like I was wronged, so apologies are not necessary in my case.

Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys?
