DP1 don't know waht to say???

i've been trying to build up somethin special.
but something in the beat seem to me missplaced.
what do you think???
is this one here hip hop
what genre???

    I don't know what to say either It's OK as far it goes, but hard to give any kind of opinion without hearing it in the context of a song.

    This is the same four measures played over and over.  All you have going for the beat is a bass drum, claps, and the occasional splash.  There's no counterpoint which would be easy enough to add with a high hat or tambourine, or something that plays against the bass drum.  The synth is so rudimentary that it's hard to comment on.  To ask for an opinion of this piece is like asking someone to taste a cup of sugar and wanting to know how the cake tastes without the benefit of the rest of the ingredients.  I'm still waiting to hear a complete song from you.

    and sorry for that ate reply.

    @James yep thats right but with no vocals i dont like to finalize things.
    because i use to record vocals and after that throw in some backdrops effects
    etc etc...
